Housing Options Team

We can help those who are homeless or at risk of losing their home, or even just planning to move. The Team are available to discuss housing and can offer an appointment to go over the full range of options.

What does the service offer?

The service aims to provide avenues to all forms of housing. The service provides regular access to a dedicated housing officer who will offer regular follow up meetings and assistance on all housing options to try and achieve a positive outcome.

Who is the service aimed at?

The service is aimed at anybody who is homeless or faces the threat of homelessness.

How is the service accessed?

As the service is a public sector facility it is very easy to access. We run an appointment system for those who have prior knowledge of their housing difficulties. We also run an emergency system for those who do not have anywhere to go that day.
