Kerelaw Independent Inquiry

 

The Scottish Government and Glasgow City Council are holding an independent Inquiry into the circumstances surrounding abuse at the now closed Kerelaw Residential School and Secure Unit.

 

It is important for the Inquiry to hear the views of former residents of Kerelaw and the Inquiry is keen to talk to anyone resident in the Unit from the early 1990s until the school closed in 2006.

 

Former residents can contact the Inquiry in confidence. Interviews will be conducted sensitively and all information will be confidential to the Inquiry, covered by a Data Protection Policy and registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. Sources will be anonymised and information will not be passed on to third parties.
