We are looking to recruit an admin assistant to support our Community Payback Services in Glasgow, South Lanarkshire and East Dunbartonshire. The post holder will join an established team which oversees the provision of Unpaid Work in the community. This is a fast paced and exciting service.
Duties will include maintenance of a range of existing systems, including databases and maintaining records in accordance with agreed procedures in addition to undertaking minute taking, reception and telephone duties when required.
The successful applicant must be well organised, able to work within a very busy office environment and an effective communicator. Also, have proven literacy and numerical skills and be flexible to meet the challenging and changing needs of the services. Educated to at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent is desirable together with relevant experience, be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word.
