The Garden Project
Eligible to join Sacro Defined Contribution Pension Scheme
plus 31 days Annual leave and 6 Fixed Public Holidays, pro-rata
The Garden Project supports people to improve health and wellbeing through participation in horticultural and outdoor activities. You will work alongside Educational Gardeners to provide a holistic intervention which improves wellbeing and employability in the people who utilize the service. Using a mentoring approach you will demonstrate an ability to evidence lifestyle, employability and health improvements.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of IT and the use of social media
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required along with experience of inter - agency working. A commitment to Sacro’s value base is essential, as work within this project can deliver challenges.
A relevant qualification is essential as is experience of working within the care industry supporting individuals with complex support needs.
