Youth Justice Support Worker
Sacro provides Restorative Justice and one to one programmes to assist young people to
address offending behaviour.
You will be responsible for working directly with service users as part of an existing Youth
Justice team. You should have experience of working with young people who offend and
have some knowledge of cognitive behaviour interventions, Restorative Justice and Anti
Social Behaviour Legislation.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. The
ability to work both as part of a team and independently is required, experience of interagency
working would also be an advantage. A commitment to Sacro’s value base is essential, as this type of work can be challenging.
A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
