Our Aberdeen Enhanced Framework Service is a Housing Support Service centered on helping people to maintain or improve their quality of life. It provides individuals with personal and housing support in various aspects of their lives. This can enable them to have meaningful and positive involvement and participation in their local communities. This service can be provided for up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, helping the Supported Person to become empowered and skilled to undertake tasks for themselves. We assist people to live as independently as possible and the hours of support will be tailored to suit the needs of the individual. Sacro also provides specialist housing support, intensive support and supported tenancy services to help people live independently and successfully in their own homes.
In Elgin, Sacro provides two dedicated housing support units; one for young people, one for adults. The properties provide residential accommodation in a flat-sharing environment with access to staff 24/7 and 365 days of the year. Those using the service will be allocated a key worker who will work in a person-centred way to support them through the challenges that they may face as well as encouraging positive change and decision making. The service aims to offer increased opportunities, reduce isolation, support emotional welfare and gives people a safe and stable space when they need it most.
