Restorative Justice Forum Event

27th November 2015 - 10:30am

Victim Support Scotland
3rd Floor, Abbey House
10 Bothwell Street
Glasgow G2 6LU

The Scottish Restorative Justice Forum is holding a morning of short presentations about Restorative Justice and Scottish justice, including an update on the work of the Forum plus a report on the important question of the development of guidance for access to Restorative Justice by victims in Scotland. This is a follow up to last year's mapping event.

It will be followed in the afternoon by an inaugural meeting for practitioners to establish a practice network and to consider issues around supervision and RJ. The afternoon will be led by experienced practitioners, Niall Kearney and Ian McDonough.

This is a great opportunity to network, share ideas and information and help take the Restorative Justice project forward in Scotland. We hope to be joined by the Forum chair, Professor Joanna Shapland.
