Bright Choices is a new service based in Edinburgh working with survivors and people at risk of Honour-Based Violence.

The service is a partnership between Sacro, Multi-Cultural Family Base and the Edinburgh and Lothian Regional Equality Council. The Big Lottery Fund have commissioned the four year project to support men, women, children, families and communities, through practical and emotional support, outreach, engagement, advocacy and mediation and restorative practices.

During the four year period, Bright Choices service will support 130 families affected by Honour and Honour Based Violence.

Our aim is to raise awareness of Honour Based Violence and to support and promote healthy choices, positive communication and supportive relationships.
